Bilingual HR Coordinator / Generalist (Temp / Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Justin, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Type: Temporary with strong potential for Temp-to-Hire

A growing North Texas company is seeking an experienced Bilingual HR Coordinator / Generalist for an immediate temporary opening with strong potential for extension or long-term hire. This is a fully onsite position ideal for someone who enjoys supporting day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a hands-on HR professional with experience handling onboarding, employee documentation, and general HR administrative support. This is not a management-level role, but rather a strong coordinator/generalist who can jump in quickly and keep processes running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support new hire onboarding processes
  • Complete and maintain employment documentation including I-9s, W-4s, and personnel files
  • Assist with employee records management and HR compliance documentation
  • Coordinate with the company’s PEO on onboarding, employee records, and HR-related processes as needed
  • Support recruiting and onboarding logistics as needed
  • Answer employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information
  • Assist with additional HR administrative functions and special projects

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Generalist role
  • Strong understanding of onboarding and new hire paperwork
  • Experience handling I-9 verification, W-4s, and employee file maintenance
  • Experience working with or alongside a PEO is a plus
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in an onsite office environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems preferred
  • Experience with PRISM software is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
