Bilingual HR Coordinator / Generalist (Temp / Temp-to-Hire)

A growing North Texas company is seeking an experienced Bilingual HR Coordinator / Generalist for an immediate temporary opening with strong potential for extension or long-term hire. This is a fully onsite position ideal for someone who enjoys supporting day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for a hands-on HR professional with experience handling onboarding, employee documentation, and general HR administrative support. This is not a management-level role, but rather a strong coordinator/generalist who can jump in quickly and keep processes running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support new hire onboarding processes
- Complete and maintain employment documentation including I-9s, W-4s, and personnel files
- Assist with employee records management and HR compliance documentation
- Coordinate with the company’s PEO on onboarding, employee records, and HR-related processes as needed
- Support recruiting and onboarding logistics as needed
- Answer employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
- Assist with additional HR administrative functions and special projects
Qualifications
- Prior experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Generalist role
- Strong understanding of onboarding and new hire paperwork
- Experience handling I-9 verification, W-4s, and employee file maintenance
- Experience working with or alongside a PEO is a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in an onsite office environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems preferred
- Experience with PRISM software is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
